Constitution Center - Washington D.C.

Project Description:

This project included a base building redevelopment of the former Department of Transportation Headquarters now known as Constitution Center at 7th and D Streets, SW, Washington DC. The project, a Level 3, Class A, renovation of the 10 story, 1960's office building, included demolition to structure and the reconstruction of all building systems, building cores, public lobbies, courtyard, facade and mechanical penthouse to ISC Level IV security requirements. The building was designed to utilize Chilled Beam technology for office space HVAC.
